You bring the phone, we manage the measurement

You just bring out or pass to the taxi, bus or train drivers a (or hundreds of) smartphones like Galaxy S4 or HTC One XL on which Accuver RTU* android application is installed. Each phone will collect full radio parameters including L3 messages and 2G/3G/LTE. Voice and data calls shall run on each phone without the users’ intervention – all will be preconfigured and managed by the administrator sitting in their office (or in bed).

RTU smartphones are controlled through the air interface or SMS message. Each call scenario created by the administrator is pushed to each RTU smartphone to run voice or data calls or even series of different call types. The status of the device and KPIs are reported to the server so that the administrator can monitor either in real time or after the measurements completed.

RTU Smartphones are controlled by a central server – not by each user

It is just a state of the art simple architecture. The administrator manages the call scenarios of the RTU smartphones and push them to each phone in the field so that they run the measurements. Each RTUs reports the measured KPIs and RF metrics as soon as it completes its scenario. Central server*2 is hosted in Accuver data center (or by you). You will have an independent administrator web account to the server to manage the RTU smartphone measurements. The number of RTU smartphones can be extended to hundreds.

KPI reports will be in your mail box

Server generates KPI & coverage report each time RTU completes scheduled call scenario. Those reports are accessible either through web or email.

You prefer to have further detail analysis?

The log files saved in each RTU smartphone is compatible with Qualcomm diagnostic interface format which would be compatible with your existing post processing tools already. Or, we also have a tool for this - XCAP-M.
