NxRay is the company’s suite of QoS and QoE products providing mobile broadband quality assessment and insight on perceived customer experience. NxRay enables network operators to improve service quality, brand image and retain customers. NxRay helps to understand what mobile subscribers are experiencing and take actions to assure customer satisfaction.
NxRay includes three parts:
- NxRay Probes for measurement QoS
- NxRay Mobile Device Agents for measurement QoE
- NxRay Backend for data collection and processing from Probes and Mobile Device Agents
